6. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results
- Warranties that the Application will operate uninterrupted or error-free
VULE ITS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
7. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, VULE ITS's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Application in the preceding 12 months.
